• yes that's nyo Italy

• "Bongiorno cara tosá" -> "Good morning dear (young girl)" -> "tosá" means young lady in veneto but it can also be used to mean "kid". Still its meaning in this context is "girl that isn't married", Italy is essentially "making fun" of HRE by calling her too young and unmarried (as if she weren't actively refusing her hand in marriage) but its also a ref to how other characters call Feli "Little Feli"

Awww so cute! Sure hope none of them dies in a devistating way, leaving the other to grieve them, only to then become a new person with the same body, new mind, none of them remembering eachother, then falling in love all over again. Glad that didn’t happen..
