Today, Tuesday 9/29 at 12pm EST on IGTV Live @chabare, I get to dive into a powerful concept with @brooke_boon Power vs. Force. It’s life transformative! When you learn about this process...it’ll change everything for you. I haven’t mastered it as yet. But, boy I can tell when I am squarely in force vs. power. GI Joe said, “knowing is half the battle”. So, I guess I’m half way there. If you haven’t guessed, power is where you want to be. Although, force is where I find most of my knee jerk responses to life. I need to grow. Which brings me to my point: Brooke Boon. She is the creator of Holy Yoga. She also just created new program called the Power of Presence. She’s launching a new Fall session. She’s going to dive in and teach us about this concept. She is a powerful teacher. When I get my stimulus check I am going to put it toward my future. I am a certified Holy Yoga instructor. I am going to get certified in Christian meditation and in Chair yoga and start my own practice and my own YouTube channel. I’m also currently studying American Sign Language and plan on being an ASL interpreter. The rest I’m buying yoga clothes, stuff for my personal yoga studio, 2 purses, and the rest in my savings. That’s all!!!
