The Sir Williams Burger is a classic and delicious homemade burger with a juicy beef patty, a flavorful sauce, and optional toppings like lettuce, tomato, and bacon. It's perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 2 teaspoons mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and bacon optional, for toppings.
Instructions: Put ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onions, diced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl. If you want, you can add salt and pepper to taste. Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties. Warm up a pan or grill on the stove over medium-high heat. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard together to make the sauce while the burgers are cooking. You can grill or toast the hamburger buns until they are just barely browned. Once the burgers are done, put a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun and then the cooked patty to make the Sir Williams Burger. Put tomato slices, bacon if you want, and a dollop of the sauce on top. Put the other half of the bun on top, and serve hot.
