I know I'm a freak. I know 😔. BUT hear me out PLEASE🙏
Powerful superhero male reader right? But he's an omega, and he doesn't know it. So like, when he first goes into heat he's confused, hormonal, territorial, and angry. Just generally aggressive. And Mark has kinda corraled him away from the city so he doesn't destroy it any further.
Like, imagine this naked angry man dripping all types of fluid that you already had a crush on is glaring at you like you're his next meal.
Next thing Mark knows he's on the floor being torn up by bites and being ridden till he can't even think. Crying a snotting cus he really can't take it anymore.

Mark Grayson x Homelander!male reader
I went on a bit of a tangent soooo,,,, more under the cut
I had like... Homelander!Reader in my head for this, except hes like, stronger than normal Homelander and able to keep up with viltrumites. The GDA or government seem like the kinda people to grow a whole person to keep as a weapon. And it all worked out, in the beginning, when you were a young child or teen trying to please the adults in your life.
Maybe you're on a more... normal overpowered level, so the suppressors the government and GDA pumps you full of work perfectly, even when you start becoming more unstable and show less regard for life and humanity, outside of need for fame and attention.
Homelander!Reader would hate Mark when he first shows up. Hed have hated Nolan too, but with Mark it's even worse cuz Nolan has been around for so long, and here Mark is showing up. Homelander!Reader does his whole, very fake acting, it's so obvious he wishes Mark would explode on the spot.
Perhaps Homelander!Reader grows stronger with age, which starts making the GDA and government antsy, because he's becoming harder to control. And they are finally realizing, that huh, raising a child in a lab with no family or contact, kinda makes an unstable and unpredictable killing machine.
It also means Readers body is growing stronger and resistant, and it ends up with him burning through the suppressors, probably during a fight with Mark. The suppressors would have been slowly wearing off with time, making Homelander!Reader even more unstable and snappy, until his full-blown heat comes through.
His scent would be questionable at best, not very omega in flavor. All those years of straight up torture under the GDA and government will do that, along with all the killing and hate in his body. Its sour, metallic like blood and gore, but also too sweet, like artificial candy, the kind that makes you dizzy from how strong it is, but it makes Mark salivate.
At least Homelander!Reader is easy to corral because he's so angry and controlled by his secondary gender and biology, stuff he's never felt before. Mark, being a genius, would try to use his scent to calm the very powerful feral omega down, only works to mark Homelander!Reader start drooling and frothing at the mouth.
All that hate Homelander!Reader has leads to the wildest hate- and lust fueled heat. Reader obviously doesn't have a nest, and doesn't even have an apartment that's his own, so the two end up holing up in some hole somewhere, far away from everything.
Mark would think he just needs to calm Homelander!Reader down, until he starts huffing Marks scent and rubbing on him. And Mark? Well, he's a freak by nature you know, so Reader staring down at him with glowing red eyes and gushing slick? Mark would never have survived.
Poor Mark assuming he can keep up with Homelander!Reader cuz he's a viltrumite, only for Mark to be sucked dry like a caprisun, panting and seeing double from dehydration. Mark ends up with scratches and bites all over his body, unlike Reader who doesn't bruise. Only reason Reader doesn't mark our dear Mark is because he's just too obsessed with his knot to do so, and cuz he's never really thought about it.
Now I got the mental image of Mark trying to cover himself cuz his knot just aches from being used so many times, and Homelander!Reader, still halfway feral, feels bad, like instinctively. So, he shuffles down and does his best attempt at an omega purr, something that sounds kinda like rocks in a tumbler because he's never purred before. And as he purrs Reader nuzzles and kisses Marks knot and stomach.
Something about this feral rut/heat makes them realize feelings, and the relationship wouldn't be perfect in the beginning, probably wouldn't for a long time, but they get better with time.
Reader is the worst omega in the world, even after his heat passes. Hes selfish, mean, still could not give a shit about those he sees as beneath him, but... he likes Mark now. Mark scents him and nibbles on his scent gland when they're alone. His teeth can't actually pierce it (Yet, emperor Mark could, trust), but it always gets that choppy ugly purr going.
Imagine Homelander!Reader trying to nest and it's like a pigeon nest... its so ugly and uncomfortable, but Mark is supportive. Like, he will lay in the pile of hay, knitting needles and tarps and be all “omg babeee, such a pretty nest, thank youuu”, even if hes laying on the floor. It makes him chuff when Homelander!Reader lets out his own little shy omega noises at the praise.
Superman (possibly the 2025 version if you write for him,but any is fine) x Homelander! Reader? (Both powers and personality are the same as Homelander)
Love your blog btw, have been following you since forever!!
Sending you many platonic hugs and kisses❤

Headcanons
I stand by my belief that Homelander will never be as strong as Superman, it just adds to his character and his whole... wanting to be the strongest thing. Homelander is also weaker than omni-man, and def weaker than like, Metro man from megamind. He's still strong of course, but I like this.
I listened to Punkrocker on repeat as I wrote this. It's still one of my comfort songs.
If we’re going off reader being as close to og Homelander as possible, then you were created by the government, and they’ve been using you to push propaganda and all that.
And maybe you were at the top, the strongest (at least in the eyes of the media), and the one seen as “americas hope”, until Superman appears.
He's like you in many ways, similar powers, similar suit, similar schtick. Except he’s better than you in every single way. Not only is he stronger than you, but he’s faster, kinder, more handsome, the public LOVES him, where they fear you more.
It would get under your skin the very moment he appeared in the media, just... saving people. You've been groomed your entire life to fit this box that your handlers have put you in, and now this punk is doing everything you were MADE for, and better.
Maybe part of you is so incredibly angry because he does all this, of his own free will. You've obviously never had a choice on who you are, what you do, or where you go. So, seeing someone so strong and so kind? Oh, it makes your blood boil.
I don’t think you are popular with other heroes either. No hero ‘group’ have ever thought about inviting you, and it’s kinda known in the business that you aren’t actually that good of a guy.
Plus, you’re in the government’s pocket. So, being near you would result in leaked identities and whatnot, nobody wants that.
When Clark first heard of you, he had to have thought you were a fellow kryptonian. You had to be, right? You'd been a hero longer than him, and you have similar powers, so it can’t all be a coincidence.
Or well, that's what Clark hopes, until Kara and the robots at the fortress show him proof that you aren’t.
I imagine the super robots don’t talk too nicely about you either, because of how... Nasty can be.
To most of the hero community you ride the line of hero and villain, because they know you aren’t a good person, but you still stop a lot of bad things from happening, even if that's only on American soil, or allies of such.
Being like Homelander also means you wouldn’t have cared at all about the same war and people as Clark. Being raised in a lab means you have close to no empathy, and to you they’re just insects.
In reality, the first time you guys really meet has to be Clark stopping you from letting a lot of people die, because they pissed you off, or because the government wanted it.
Clark is such a sweet guy that he wouldn’t want to fight, even with how horrible you are, how nasty, mean and downright evil you are at times.
You being grown in a lab is a government secret, so Clark wouldn’t know, but he can assume that the American Dream background the public knowns isn’t real.
He's not just a journalist as a cover, he can read between the lines, especially in the way you seem to crackle under positive parental attention, even just the smallest crumb.
And maybe Clark wants to get to know the real you, no matter how much his friends advice him not to. There has to be good in you, he’s sure of it, or else you wouldn’t keep helping people.
Along the way, you two don’t become downright friends? But there's... something. You don’t wanna rip him apart anymore, and Clark actually gets to hold a conversation with you.
His theory about your family seems to hit the spot when he brings you some of his Ma’s homemade pie, because the news said it was your birthday. And it's not like you know when your real birthday is.
Nobody has ever given you a gift that wasn’t without expectations, or for media. So, Clark bringing you something as small as a piece of pie makes your entire body hurt.
To Clark is almost feels like seeing a child break, a tall, very powerful child, cloaked in a suit made to copy the American flag.
Your body tenses, your eyes water, and you sneer like you always do to hide your actual emotions. There are comments made from you about not wanting some disgusting useless piece of pie, but you don’t actually throw it away. Instead, you almost cling to it like a teddy you never had.
See, I believe that Homelander, the one in the show, age regresses as a response to trauma. But some people are uncomfortable with even the mention, so I won’t go more into detail here. Just know it's kinda there, in spirit, in my mind. (feel free to ask me about it though,,,,)
Just know that Clark starts to feel more for you after this point, after seeing all your defenses clamp back up, and how lost you seem at someone actually just wanting to be nice to you.
Clark being such a kind person doesn’t help, as he starts searching you out more, hell. Maybe he even invites you to Metropolis. And instead of fighting a big evil, he as Superman invites you for ice cream.
You don’t stop being a bad person, or well, more like a violent person. You don’t actively search for people to kill anymore. And you grow more defiant with your handlers.
It's like seeing Clark go on and still be himself, so kind and open, so damn hopeful for the world, makes something inside you wake up.
What makes up isn’t some heroic justice or need to serve. It's more a “I can live for me, and nobody else. I can be my own person”.
Around this time, I can’t help but think Clark, as himself, would start researching the government. Soon enough, Lois and Jimmy are on it too.
At first they wanna know why Clark is researching you of all people, and he covers it by saying something along the lines of “he just seems so... trapped. You know?” and pulling up public government records that make no sense.
Even better if all their research is exposed to the public on the morning of the day you finally snap and just kill them all, your handlers, that is. The only reason you don’t kill the entire government and everyone who knew about your creation and life, is because Clark arrives just in time.
Here he learns it’s even worse than what he and the others have found out. From the underground facilities, to the torture, to the extreme neglect and propaganda you’ve been fed your entire life.
Now, I'm not too sure how Clark and Homelander reader would ever be romantic. It could be platonic or romantic, but either way, you need a lot of healing and work.
You obviously will never become like Clark. You're too jaded by the world and all the evil in it. Shit, you might even stop being a hero completely. The world has no meaning to you, and it can all burn to the ground.
But you do like Martha and Jonathan. And you do like how Martha brushes your hair back and coos at you sometimes, or how Jonathan pats your back and calls you sport.
So yeah, you live with the Kents. You end up with a disguise like Clark’s because everyone has seen the face of Homelander, and Clark feels like his parents are the right people to show you that there is still love and kindness to be found.
Chances are he’ll bring you to the fortress too, even though you aren’t technically a kryptonian.
To Clark, having you is a strange comfort. Kara and the robots know all about Krypton, have memories and experiences, so on and so forth. But you? You were raised on earth, like him, and you have powers, like him.
In his mind you guys are earths kryptonians, because you’re similar in the ways that matter.
It takes a while, but I imagine Kara will come to like you too, and Krypto? He liked you the moment he realized he could swing you around with no problem.
They also discover that Krypto is great at helping you calm down from panic attacks or the blind anger you get swallowed by sometimes. Who wouldn’t wanna pet a good pupper like Krypto?
I NEED a pregnant omega Homelander!reader post so bad 🙏
Mark Grayson x Omega Homelander!reader
I don't normally write pregnancy with the reader being the one carrying, but since its omegaverse ill accept it. Also, cuz its funny.
Homelander!reader is such a broody omega. Have you guys ever seen those videos of broody hens? Yeah, he's like that. I remember seeing a tiktok with a hen that had stolen all the eggs in the coop, and was brooding on them, and throwing a fit when moved. Thats him. Expect this guy can shoot eye lasers and isn't afraid to kill.
Hes pretty much always rumbling, downright growling and snarling when something isn't right, and he's not easy to keep pleased. Only time he's at least somewhat comfy is when he's got his alpha dragged into his (very sadly built) nest. He lays on top of Mark, for dominance.
All these pregnancy hormones make Homelander!reader run more rapid then before, if that's even possible. But hey, at least this time he's running on babyfever and not murderous intent. Not more than usual, anyways.
Hilarious mental image of Homelander!reader being so baby brained, because we know his hormones are so shot after all these years, that he sees Rudy, in his young human body, and readers brain immediately goes “that's a baby”.
Rudy has no choice but to put up with Homelander!reader crowding around him, growling into his hair and scenting him. Rudy doesn't smell like pup or anything, but like... Readers not the most mentally present right now. And, it keeps him from sniffing down Cecil to rip his guts out because reader remembered something the guy did years ago.
I dont think that Homelander!reader shows for a good long while, even in his scent. Its too bloody and overly sweet, an uncomfortable smell, to start smelling like pregnant omega. Only Mark, with his heightened viltrumite senses and biological attraction to the bloody scent, pick it up.
Imagine Mark being so embaressed when he catches himself in barring his teeth and growling in Rexs direction, when he play flirts with Homelander!reader. Mark has to sit with that for a while, because he's never done that before. Rex will never let him live it down.
You both become ticking time bombs when the pregnancy advances when Homelander!reader starts finally showing. Marks filled with so many different hormones and instincts, both human and viltrumite, and Reader is just a mess in general.
Lord have mercy if its during this era that the variants or Conquest pull up. I cant imagine they will even get anywhere near close to doing the same damage as in the show and comics. Because Mark? Hes running on 200% right now, his mate his pregnant, needs back rubs and his favorite food, and these fools are pulling up trying to cause trouble?
Lmao, imagine Conquest easily picks up the scent on Mark and can tell “hey, he's got a pregnant mate, so... that's good?”. I think all viltrumites are haywired to like Homelander!readers bloody scent, so it's just even more delicious than usual, especially for Conquest and alike.
But, anyways. Mark becomes so protective its almost embarrassing. When Homelander!reader is a this most vulnerable, Mark starts pacing and patrolling like some kinda obsessed guard dog. He checks on his mate regularly of course.
Mark even snarls at Oliver and Debbie, but his mom is quick to put him in his place, and Mark feels so embarrassed and apologizes.
I imagine Nolan wasn't any better when Debbie was pregnant, so she gets it, she wont be disrespected by her son like that though.
Speaking of Oliver. He gets the same treatment as Rudy, if not worse. Because he smells like viltrumite pup, like Mark, and looks like Mark, even if he's purple. Oliver gets pulled into the nest with Homelander!Reader cooing at him and grooming his hair, as he's all instincts rn.
Mark has to step in when his mate starts mumbling about how he should start producing milk for the pup though, as that's enough for now. Reader can feed Mark instead, if he really wants to do that.
In the end, the only ones Reader allows around is Mark, Debbie, Oliver, and MAYBE, a few trusted friends with Eve or his own personal friends. None are allowed in the nest, aside from Mark and Oliver, and perhaps Debbie. And he's growling like a cat the entire time they are in the room.
He appreciates their presence though, even if he can't show it.
As for that superman x homelander reader imagine the reader likes clark cause in a way he sees clark like a father figure and craves that praise (and maybe I want some headcanons of clark helping the reader after the murders)
Clark Kent (2025) x Homelander male reader
Headcanons
Have me rambling about them and their relationship, set somewhere post the last post about them, which you can read here.
I honestly think Reader is older than Clark, having been an active hero for longer and being more known than Superman.
Because of this, and Clark’s personality and readers own struggles, I feel he’d see Clark more as a brother than a father figure. Reader wouldn’t accept such “weak human emotions”, but they would be there.
Especially if he happens to bond with Martha and Jonathan, then they’d take a parental role in his life, even if it's by accident. And by extension, Clark would take a brotherly role.
Kara may even end up playing a familial role in a way, even if Reader and Kara are both pretty unstable, and fumble around in the beginning. Clark has to play mediator a lot in the beginning.
No matter what role Clark plays though, Reader would crave approval and praise.
Other people who may not be as kindhearted as Clark, may use this to manipulate reader and use him for their own gain. But Clark is just so good that he wouldn’t. Instead he may end up being quite protective of you.
This is a pretty funny sight to the public and other heroes, seeing your eyes light up, ready to mow down your enemy like you’ve done in the past, only for Superman to clear his throat and give you a disappointed look.
What's most shocking to everyone is seeing you actually step back and look ashamed. Not a lot, but at least a little.
In the beginning you won’t think killing all your handlers will affect you in any way. You've killed a lot of people over the years, even as a baby, both innocent and bad people.
Until Lois starts digging a lot more about your origin and somehow finds recordings and documents of all the torture and abuse you’ve gone through.
At first you become very defensive and even violent when asked, or it's even hinted at. Theres a chance you might even try to hurt Lois, because you don’t want anyone to know about your “weakness”.
Clark puts a stop to it though, and he tries his best to understand how violent and angry you get. They all know that under it all is grief and pain and so much trauma that’s never been felt or dealt with.
We know Clark isn’t perfect, he hasn’t had all that life experience to become the symbol of hope he is in the future. But he still tries his best to embrace you, and be someone you can trust.
I like to think the story of your past and treatment under the government ends up going public. I don’t think Lois would put out the article because of how violently you reacted, and how you haven’t had the chance to even accept all the trauma. But it gets out somehow.
And of course, you react massively and violently. They really couldn’t have expected anything else. But at least Clark knows you enough to at least divert your attention away from innocent lives.
He ends up getting you to chase him to the fortress, using your blind grief, pain and anger against you to follow him there.
It's simply the safest spot on the planet, where you can react outwards and not hurt people. And it's where Krypto is.
Krypto is still Kara’s dog, but you two have bonded in a strange way. To Krypto you register as a weird kryptonian, your scent is different, your body sounds wrong, but you’re part of his pack now.
One way or another, you end up sitting with Krypto in your lap. As violent as you are, and as little as you care about innocent lives, you can’t get yourself to hurt Krypto.
And having to sit still means you have to feel your emotions, which means you start crying angry tears that you try to suppress.
All Clark can do is sit beside you and rubbing your back, even pulling you to lean against him, so you know he’s there to lean on. To let you know it's okay to cry, even if it feels downright painful for you to do so.
If Kara is there, she ends up joining too at some point. She knows loss and she knows trauma. Your past isn’t similar in any way, but she can understand being blinded by that pain.
It’s clear you’ll never be okay, you’ll never be free of how you grew up and how you were treated. But at least now you have two kryptonians to hold you back and keep all your pieces together when it all starts to crumble.
Hear me out! Invincible variants and HomelanderReader seeing each other!!
Mark Grayson and variants x omega Homelander!reader
a part 2 of this post.
With Homelander!reader being present, the whole invasion would happen a bit differently. Mainly because there's actually a hero able to keep up with them, who's just as murderous as the Variants. The GDA and government would have tried their hardest to hide Homelander!readers true personality, but if it hasn't come out yet, it will here.
It's obvious you don't care whatsoever about the civilians, you are just pissed that these variants are pulling up trying to cause trouble on your turf. Even worse if you and Mark had been on a date or similar.
If its omegaverse, then some of the variants would underestimate Homelander!reader because he's an omega, until he shows them he's not someone to mess with. Some of them (def Mohawk, lmao) would even get a little too interested when Homelander!reader snarls and calls them and their scents disgusting.
Such a deadly and rude omega is just their type, okay? They are still Mark, and Mark is whipped for his big evil omega mate, who he doesn't have to be careful with when it comes to strength.
Homelander!reader is just insulted by these imposters trying to come at him, especially when he knows the real deal. Compared to his Mark, then these imposters aren't even worth looking at.
Mark would be flattered, I think, that his mate is so violently loyal and disgusted by other alphas, but it's also worrying because... you just don't hold back when fighting, so a lot of people can, and probably will, get hurt.
Sinister is the most smitten, I think. Like, you are just gonna place a big, dangerous and bloody omega right in front of him? And omega that isn't swayed by his scent or alpha voice? An omega who can shoot lasers and just broke both legs and both arms on another variant? How is he not gonna start drooling and frothing at the mouth?
Sinister, in a fight, would try to just tear into Homelander!readers scent gland, to forcefully bond with this perfect omega. Only for his teeth to just... not pierce the skin. It only results in Reader being even angrier, and Sinister being even more smitten.
I can't really think of a situation where Homelander!reader would accept these guys, he's just too egotistical, and possessive. Earth is his territory, he owns it, so these guys can get lost. Only Mark allowed is his mate, who treats him well and praises his pigeon nesting.
If it has to become anything, then it would somehow be Mark that works it out. Reader would be snarly and snappy for months, years if he ages slowly. Wouldnt allow the Variants into his heats, only some of them who are submissive enough (cough, maskless Mark, fullmask Mark). It takes a lot of groveling and stroking his ego.
Lord have mercy is Homelander!reader ends up having pups with OG Mark, or just any of them really. You ever seen those overprotective animals with their offspring? Hes even worse. But, it does give the variants a chance to weasel their way in. More mates is better to protect the pups, right?
At this point OG Mark is probably closer to the variants than you are, even romantically, so it does have some success. Only OG Mark gets to put his mating mark on Homelander!reader though, for a very long time, lmao.
May I ask a question about Clack Kent x Homelander male reader dynamic, especially age regression parts? How would that work out?
Clark Kent (2025) and Homerlander!male reader
Headcanons
This is platonic/familial, cuz I said so.
Martha and Jonathan have always wanted kids, but they were never successful, until Clark came to them from the very stars.
And I think they accepted that was all they were gonna get, and Clark was everything they could have ever wanted in a son. So incredibly kind, thoughtful, and just amazing in every way.
So, imagine their surprise when Clark returns to Kansas with a ‘friend’. Homelander has been around longer than Superman, longer than a good chunk of heroes. But it’s only when they really look at you that they realize you must have started as a teen.
Martha is of course so kind and open, embracing you even when you tense. You so clearly don’t really know how to hug, but you lean into it like a touch starved kitten.
Jonathan isn’t a man of many words, but when he pats your back and calls you ‘son’ during conversation, Clark and you know everything will be alright.
I don’t think any of them really register the regression for a good while. It's just kinda how you are, you know?
Jon likes his coffee with too much sugar, Clark likes his bedsheets dried in the sun if the weather allows, Martha has TV privileges from 8 till 10pm because that's when he shows are, and you like to suck your thumb when you sleep and sometimes babble as you lean into any affection they offer.
And the Kents, oh boy do they have affection to give. They are so damn kind, so loving and so open. It's enough that it makes you cry, a lot. Them hugging you so warmly as they do only makes you cry more.
Just for funsies, let’s say its Kara that puts a name to it. Maybe there's something similar on Krypton, so normal it’s nothing to even raise a brow at.
So, Kara just sees you swaying, looking a little lost, chewing at the collar of your shirt and carefully petting Krypto. Hell, Krypto probably knew before anyone else. He saw you and sensed ‘oh, that’s a baby/toddler/kid’ and decided you were best friends.
Insert Kara referring to you as ‘Aos’ which translates to baby in kryptonian. Because that's what you are, you know? It's Friday, the sky is blue, and you’re a baby at the time she says it.
Which leads to Clark getting a rundown by Kara, or at least what she remembers, which then results in Clark spending a lot of time researching on his own.
He might even get to Lois to get some assistance and some outside eyes on the situation.
Lois and Clark feel a deeper understanding of you the more they learn, and the more they learn the more their hearts hurt, because comparing what they find to what was released about your childhood? Well, it all makes sense.
They both know not to say it out loud to you, because you’ll become defensive or even violent at any perceived weakness. Instead, they just kinda... accommodate your needs.
Clark may also bring it up to his parents, because why would he keep it from them. Jonathan and Martha don’t understand it a whole lot, but they are supportive if it helps you.
Plus, they both find you endearing when you regress and feel safe enough to just be small.
Clark becomes something like an older brother when you regress, and brings you to the fortress when he can tell that everything is becoming too much.
Having heightened senses like you guys do can make everything hard, and all the hate and anger you carry doesn’t make it easier.
If Krypto is there, the flying pup always comes barreling around the corner. If you’re already regressed then Krypto stops in front of you and wags, but if you aren’t then he crashes into you.
Out of everyone, Krypto is the one who spots your regressions the fastest, even if you ever reach a point where you acknowledge it and try to hide it. Clark learns after a while to watch Krypto, cuz he always knows.
I like to think Clark does his best to support you when you need it, be it when you regress or not. And little by little you become more than what you were created for.
Maybe you choose to keep being a hero, now with a stronger sense of self and justice, a hero who knows what he fights for.
Or you may even decide to put the cape down, to never return to the fight. To live for yourself for once, as scary as that is. Maybe you even decide to just stay on the Kent farm, to help out there. Or something completely different.
No matter what, Clark supports you, especially when he sees the weight lift off your shoulders. It never goes away fully, but anyone who knows where to look, can see it.
So yeah, Clark and the Kents become the family you never had, so does Kara and Krypto, and others that Clark sees as his family.
You honestly couldn’t have ended up anywhere better, somewhere where you are accepted and allowed to heal and feel whatever it is you need to feel. In whatever way you need to do that.
