🍃 December 24th Tea of the day: White Chai sweetened with acacia honey.

Accompanied with Buccellati a.k.a. cucciddati, cucidati, Sicilian fig cookies, Italian fig cookies, Christmas fig cookies.

They're made up of a thin pastry wrapped around a sweet filling mixture of fig jam, puréed dates, chopped candied orange peels, chopped dark chocolate, finely chopped walnuts, chopped almonds, and ground cinnamon.

The cookies were rolled, shaped into an arch, slashed, baked, then cooled before vanilla bean icing and black round sprinkles were applied
