Put in one teaspoon of vanilla extract and half a cup of softened vegan butter. Mix everything together well. Put tablespoon-sized amounts on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper in a 9x9-inch baking pan. Melt the butter and add the sugar. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients well. To make it smooth, add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix well. Add the flour and salt slowly while mixing until they are just combined. Mix in the rainbow sprinkles until they are spread out evenly. Spread the batter out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared. Put it in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into squares that are easy to eat.
