Cold Brew Iced Coffee - Iced Coffee Recipe

A simple and tasty recipe for iced coffee. Because it is smooth, rich, and low in acidity, cold brew coffee is great for making a creamy iced coffee treat.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup coarsely ground coffee beans. 2 cups cold water. Ice cubes. 2 tablespoons heavy cream. Sugar or sweetener optional.
Instructions: In a mason jar, combine the coarsely ground coffee beans and cold water. Seal the jar with a lid and shake it gently to ensure the coffee is well mixed with the water. Refrigerate the jar for at least 12 hours or overnight to allow the coffee to steep and cold brew. After steeping, strain the cold brew concentrate through a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter into a clean mason jar or glass. Fill a separate glass with ice cubes. Pour the cold brew concentrate over the ice cubes, leaving some space at the top of the glass. Add heavy cream to taste and stir gently to combine. If desired, sweeten with sugar or sweetener. Enjoy your refreshing Mason jar cold brew over ice with cream!
