Cold Brew Iced Coffee - Iced Coffee Recipe
Tastes great, is spicy, and is crispy. This Sriracha Fried Chicken will become a favorite. The marinade gives the chicken a tangy heat, and the frying process makes the outside crunchy and delicious.
Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on. 1/2 cup sriracha sauce. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: Put soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and sriracha sauce in a bowl and mix them together. Coat the chicken thighs well with the marinade after adding them. For the best results, let it sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Add the flour, salt, and black pepper to another bowl and mix them together. In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350F 175C. Take the chicken out of the marinade and let the extra drip off. Coat the chicken in the flour mix, then shake off any extra. Carefully put the chicken into the hot oil. Fry for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, or until all the way through and golden brown. Before putting the chicken on a paper towel-lined plate to drain, take it out of the oil. Enjoy while hot!

These baked potato wedges are a healthier alternative to traditional fried wedges. They are seasoned with paprika, garlic, and onion powder for a flavorful kick.
Ingredients: 4 large potatoes. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Clean the potatoes really well, then cut them into wedges. Add the potato wedges to a large bowl and mix in the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure the wedges are covered evenly. Put potato wedges on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer. After the oven is hot, bake the wedges for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until the outside is golden brown and crispy and the inside is soft. Serve hot with the sauce of your choice.

It's fun to paint and creative to paint on rocks with this activity. The kids will enjoy making their own popsicle sticks and then using them to hold their painted rocks.
Ingredients: Popsicle sticks. Assorted non-toxic paint colors. Paintbrushes. Water cups for rinsing brushes.
Instructions: Lay the popsicle sticks out flat on a surface to get them ready. Put small amounts of paints of different colors into their own containers. Put the paintbrushes into the different colors of paint and start painting designs on the popsicle sticks. Let the painted popsicle sticks dry all the way through. Once they are dry, use glue or hot glue to attach small rocks to the painted sticks and use them for rock painting.
