Vanilla Blueberry Muffins
Salisbury steaks that are cooked in the Instant Pot and covered in a tasty mushroom gravy. A quick and easy way to make dinner on nights when you're busy.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tbsp olive oil. 8 oz mushrooms, sliced. 1.5 cups beef broth. 2 tbsp tomato paste. 2 tbsp all-purpose flour. 2 tbsp butter. 1 tsp dried thyme. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Put chopped onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the ground beef and mix it all together. Make oval-shaped patties out of it. Press "Saute" on the Instant Pot after turning it on. Warm up the olive oil and sear both sides of the patties. Take it out and set it aside. Put the sliced mushrooms in the same pot and cook them until they turn brown. Do not put the mushrooms back in the pot. To make a roux, add butter and flour to the pot and stir them together. Just a minute or two. Slowly whisk in the beef broth, making sure there are no lumps. Add tomato paste and dried thyme and mix well. The beef patties and mushrooms should be put back in the pot. Put the lid back on the Instant Pot and set it to "Pressure Cook." After that, let the pressure drop naturally for 5 minutes, and then quickly let go of any extra pressure. You can put mushroom gravy on top of mashed potatoes or rice and serve Salisbury steaks. Add chopped fresh parsley as a garnish.

Tastes great, is spicy, and is crispy. This Sriracha Fried Chicken will become a favorite. The marinade gives the chicken a tangy heat, and the frying process makes the outside crunchy and delicious.
Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on. 1/2 cup sriracha sauce. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: Put soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and sriracha sauce in a bowl and mix them together. Coat the chicken thighs well with the marinade after adding them. For the best results, let it sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Add the flour, salt, and black pepper to another bowl and mix them together. In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350F 175C. Take the chicken out of the marinade and let the extra drip off. Coat the chicken in the flour mix, then shake off any extra. Carefully put the chicken into the hot oil. Fry for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, or until all the way through and golden brown. Before putting the chicken on a paper towel-lined plate to drain, take it out of the oil. Enjoy while hot!
