I love this type of photos.
We all know who Jensen is looking at.
This just struck me as interesting in light of Dean’s speech in the finale (Honcon 2017)
“There is a faction of the fandom on social media that is very concerned for you guys that you are upset or you are insulted by things that happen in the fandom on social media and you know, I don’t care what anybody’s opinion is, everybody’s entitled to it but I’m curious because I want to know, do you guys need protection from the fans? “ [Honcon 2017]
I was rewatching honcon 2017 cockles and I realized Jensen is such a romantic. When he mentioned how they went to dinner as he was getting to know Misha. Misha was sitting there not even making eye contact with the audience or making jokes. They are adorable. -monkey anon 🐒
You are so right. He [Misha] even pretends not to know where they went to dinner but Jensen remembers every detail.
What's even worse is that Jensen retold the story at DCcon 2019. Then a few months later he shares the famous anniversary post. He's a romantic and a simp for Mish.
J2 at Honcon
From here, but I thought I would put the Honcon stuff in its own post.
Jared and Jensen looking like husbands at HonCon. Um, honestly? This con was golden. Like that has to be one of my favorite J2 hugs, even if it was just a hand around the waist, the fond little smile on Jensen’s face has me in my grave. And the things being said, my goodness. There was the going-in-the-hole-quick, when-did-you-do-that-scene-where-you-were-so-handsome, the nobody-wants-to-see-my-hole, the have-you-met-Jared, the nodding-when-Rich-says-Jared-has-low-hanging-fruit, the tv-boyfriends, the i’m-coming-up-to-relieve-you then the woah-in-front-of-everyone? My J2 heart. Then at the SNS when Jared played the guitar, you could tell he was nervous. Jensen would turn and check on him and every now and again, but I really noticed that Jared would NOT take his eyes off Jensen the whole time. Like, I think he did maybe five times throughout the entire song, and only for a couple seconds at a time. Keep in mind this song is like four minutes long, and guys… I actually started crying when Jensen did the shotgun thing. Of course Jared laughed, and Jensen had to turn and make sure he did, but that’s not even it. Did you guys see Jared’s laugh? It was the fondest, most loving, softest, affectionate thing I have ever seen (pretty sure I say that every time they blink at each other, but also accurate). Seriously. I had to rewind that moment about twenty damn times. That moment is here, and you can find gifs for the rest below, lol.

Also, another moment I’d like to speak on quickly is still in Free Fallin’, and it was when Jensen was building up on a note and Jared started to sort of nod (with his entire body? Lol!). When Jensen finally sung the note next, Jared turned and looked at the guy in the back (Sorry, I don’t know his name! I feel dirty for that haha) and you could just tell he wanted to see if he was proud of Jensen by the way the other dude nodded and smiled. That’s just so cute guys, I really don’t know how else to explain it. Watch that part here.
This moment, during SNS (where Jensen does finger guns and looks at Jared), is cute (but not as interesting as most of the other Honcon moments) and I don’t think I’ve seen a gifset of it.
