milo you are 11 pounds how the heck can you make that much noise
You know what?
I think every child of the age of 13-14 should be sat down by their parent/guardian and told this:
If you want to act feminine, that's okay. If you want to act masculine, that's okay too. If you want to act neither, or both, that's fine.
You can dress scantily, or cover up. You can shave, or trim, or leave you body the way it already is. You can love people of the same-sex, the opposite-sex, or neither, or the people in between. You can sleep with your partner on the first date, or after marriage, or any time in between and after. It's up to you, and if you need information, it's okay to ask.
Your life is yours and don't stick around people who try to change you against your will.
People with agendas will tell you things about yourself. They say that what you do is wrong, or you're not doing a good enough job. The right wing will say that you aren't conservative enough, the left wing will say you aren't liberal enough, the social justice brigade will tell you that you don't represent enough minorities, the zealots will try to sway you to their side. All these people will be clamouring to tell you how you are living your life wrong. Listen to them politely, and be considerate of their views, but remember: you don't have to change if you don't want to. If you want to shave the hair on your body and you do, and someone tells you that you need to stop, ignore them. And same goes for the other way. If they tell you that you don't dress right, tell them that they have no right to tell you what to wear.
Theses people don't live in your body, don't dress it every morning, wash it in the shower, sleep in it at night. But you do, and so the only one who can make descisions about your body or your life is you.
