Not that most other ghost monsters weren’t, but she was older than even Napstablook, Hapstablook and the Dummy Twins, as she called them. She was a very old ghost, and throughout the centuries, there wasn’t a lot for an older, less modern and feistier ghost to really do. Unlike the other ghosts, she didn’t have much in way of family, and her passions were just a little too traditional, borderline ancient, for anyone to really get into with her.
These days, she tended to just watch the rest of the underground go by without her. She sometimes swung by that new bar in Snowdin or the resort in New Home, but overall, her existence was incredibly dull; borderline wasteful. She used to visit the King and Queen to have tea and play with the children, but... for obvious reasons, her visits had become much more sparse as of late.
It was one of those times where she longed for the days of war, when she at least had something worthwhile to do (even if it wasn’t what she wanted to do back then). Morbid as it was, New Home’s peace came across as dull to the ex-medic, especially when she had nothing worthwhile in her life to occupy her time and attention.
She probably should’ve started making a life for herself and start adapting but... she couldn’t think how she’d do that, and it wasn’t like there was anything really pushing her at the moment.

“Ach losh be here...” The peach colored ghost sighs and floats about in a pace for a bit. “Look... I've been ‘alive’ for a very long time... and I have many things that I regret... I was around during times of war, when I would fly behind monsters to heal the fallen, collect the dust of those massacred... protect children from both sides from the spreading conflict. But if there is anything I regret most of all in this world, it was my lack of proactivity after the prince and his human brother died. Because of my own ignorance and some sick faith that things would improve without my say so, I allowed so much wrong to occur. My husband went mad to find a way out of our underground prison, human children were slaughtered, my own children were tortured by their own father... I did some. But not nearly as much as I should have. I was never around to protect the children who wound up slaughtered by Asgore, or... in the case of one, my husband. I never spoke with my husband when he was losing himself; I just trusted Sans could reach him. And when I finally did intervene... Sans tried to leave, my husband wouldn’t let him, I intervened until it became violent... I took Sans and Papyrus home, and left him there to stew in his own failure...hoping he would see his errors and make amends. I made the mistake of trusting him. Do I regret not being able to save both him and Sans from falling out of the time stream,and only Sans? ...Truthfully, no. I just hope wherever he is, he sees the wrong he’s done... and knows how much he’s missed.”

Millie is very soft spoken, her voice very smooth and demure, but very sweet. It rarely falters or skips, and not entirely squeaky.

Millie is very adventurous with high hopes for adventure, exploration, making friends, eating new foods and finding love. She’s a girl of experience and sentiment as opposed to material keepsakes.

Millie has been sheltered and uneducated, especially to most modern social cues. She’s not awkward or shy, but heavily uneducated and gullible to people more in-the-know than her. She can also be a bit jealous and envious on occasion, but does attempt to be polite about it.

As a ghost, Honey typically styles her form in short but elegant designs. When she has a physical form, she tends to dress practically, but still elegantly. She’s a woman of simple beauty, and typically shows off her Scottish heritage when she has a physical form.

Being essentially immortal, she’s motivated to both guide her two sons and their friends to become the best people they can be, and to kick the asses of whoever dares to cross them.

She typically only acts on it when she has a physical form, but she’s pretty up to date with the latest fashion trends. She tends to sort of blend old and new fashions, showing off her traditionalist style with more modern fashion.

Well, Millie’s my babe because she’s super ‘derable and her interactions with just about anyone are super cute. Honey is a ton of fun to play because she’s spunky and fiery; I haven’t gotten the chance to RP her with anyone yet, but I wanna. I do intend to voice her at some point though and that’ll be a ton of fun!

Papyrus manages to see the message when he checks his phone walking out of a yoga studio. He practically drops everything he’s bought before Honey catches the bags with one of her tentacles, though Asriel manages to catch one with a free hand.
“Papyrus? Sweetheart, what’s the matter?” The ghost tries to peer over Papyrus’ shoulder with concern and glance over the message he got.
“THE INTERNET IS SENDING WORD THAT SANS AND THE TINY HUMAN ARE IN DANGER! THE APARTMENT IS UNDER SIEGE! WE MUST HURRY BACK HOME IMMEDIATELY!”
Honey only lags behind long enough to grab the bags and drop them off inside the studio, only so that she can catch up to - and actually pass - the boys who are already bolting back to the apartment complex. The bags of stuff would only slow them down.

Powers/Attacks:
Gravitational Magic; “Blue” Magic: Can turn a person’s soul blue and manipulate the gravity to toss them around.
Light Magic: Though as a Ghost she can only use this for the application of illusions and apparitions, she can use a more offensive version of light magic when she has a body.
Energy Manipulation: More monsters have this ability to manipulate certain forms of energy. This typically comes in the form of her light magic, blue magic, or light peach tentacles she can summon to ensnare or assault.
Healing: Originally a nurse, she’s very well versed in healing magic, both as a ghost and as a skeleton. (Her healing magic is stronger when she has a body and can focus on a specific area)
Intangibility, Flight: Typical Ghost Abilities. As a skeleton, while she’s not intangible, she can levitate.
Bone Magic: [Skeleton-Body Only] Though it’s far weaker than that of her sons or husband because her bones are artificial, she does have access to the magic when she has a body.
Weapons:
Tentacle Energy: These thick, whip-like manifestations of energy are her main offense of choice, when blue magic is ineffective. These tentacles are essentially an extension of her being, and damaging them won’t take off HP, but she will feel the pain. These are typically stronger with broader applications when she’s in her incorporeal form, but are available to her when she has a body also.
Fighting Style: Despite being a nurse, she originally trained to fight in the original war against humans. Though she was turned away for personal reasons by the Captain of the Guard of that era, she still trained before and after the war. Though she doesn’t enjoy fighting in combat, when she’s forced to, she’s very impulsive, but precise. Her strikes are calculated, swift, and powerful, and she has razor sharp focus in combat.

~PERSONALITY~
Personality Towards Humans: Meh. She doesn’t have much opinions of humans as a race. They’re meaty flash bags without magic; may or may not be an asshole. Big whoop. She understands the racism between humans and monsters, but has no real big opinion of humans one way or another. Just as long as they don’t touch her baby boys... humans are one big shrug to her.
Personality Towards Strangers: She’s relatively friendly towards strangers, but can be particularly judgmental depending on the situation and what kind of mood she’s in. Especially if she’s in a body and decides to drive; she has horribly judgmental road rage.
Personality Towards Friends: She’s notably more energetic, involved, and doting around her friends. She’s the type to hear about someone doing her friend dirty and instantly going, “Girl/Boy, WHO do I need to kill?” But she’s also very direct and blunt with her friends, in her own sweet way.
Flaws: Hot-tempered, absentminded, can be childish, can be impatient, klutzy, rather nosy, softhearted
Likes: Preparing food, listening to music, the park, socializing, singing/dancing, puns

Clothes: She’ll occasionally conjure cute hats for herself or alter the shape of her body to suit an occasion. As a skeleton, she’s partial to long sleeved shirts and light, breathing pants, or sundresses. She dresses cute or beautiful, but light and comfortable.
Body: As a Ghost, Honey has a light peach body with an A-Line designed body and soft tufts of energy shaped like smooth, softly hair around her eyes and flowing down the back of her head and her back until it fades, trailing behind her like a comet tail.
Bones: As a Skeleton, she has very smooth, artificial bones with smooth but compact features.
