Thermosetting FRP or Thermoplastic FRP

Its skin material is thermosetting FRP, which has a harder texture and a smooth and clean surface.

Thermoplastic Skin Fiberglass Honeycomb Panels
Its skin is thermoplastic FRP (CFRT – Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic), which is extremely rigid and more durable than thermosetting FRP, and it is completely recyclable.
Processing technology: thermoplastic composite.
Skin: CFRT. (Thickness: 0.7-2.0mm or customized)
Core: Polypropylene Honeycomb. (Density: 80-120kg/m³; Cell size(mm) :8mm, 10mm, 12mm)
