I'm trying to learn biology in my spare time to eventually earn a degree in it. Do you have any good sources that can act as a primer for the subject?

Considering how wide and varied the subject is, I’m not sure how well a ‘primer’ really would work.

Also y’know, I don’t know how old you are and what foundation you might also have.

That said, Campbell Biology is essentially THE book for biology students, so if you want to work towards a degree....might as well acquire it now because you’ll get it eventually anyways.

actually kinda curious now, what lit magazines are out and are good? Know any for scifi/horror/fantasy?

one of the website’s I use is “The Grinder” which finds lit magazines out there for you in your genre and tells you the pay rate and acceptance rate

there’s a TON of online and physical journals out there and it’s just a matter of applying to a bunch of them and hopefully finding your story the right home, it can also be good to send your stuff off to local magazines or a nearby college journal (they usually all have one) 

other websites include Authors Publish and the Writer’s Market is a great guide to getting published

sending my works out isn’t my favorite process but it’s a necessary one to get yourself established as an author in many cases, but doing a lot of research is necessary

Hey Miss Lesbian S. Throw. I was thinking of playing WoW and I was gonna play Warrior. I like tank and DPS roles, I was just wondering if you had any suggestions. I was gonna boost up a character to 120 because questing is a lot and I like dungeons and raids. I play ESO other than this game. What do you do in WoW for fun? Just trying to get an idea of daily shenanigans I could get into.

I mean if you like dungeons and raids go for that but I personally like to just farm stuff to sell it and get a bunch of gold and grind rare pretty mounts so I can sit on them and make everyone jealous around me

RP also seems pretty fun but I can never really get into it

As a tokusatsu appreciator (I have trouble getting into them but appreciate the designs) I really appreciate your blog and I think you're a cool person!

Thank you so much !! I haven't seen all the toku shows that I've been wanting to yet but I can always appreciate a funny scene or a good suit for sure. If you need help getting into them I can probably help you out! I started with just a random Kamen Rider season myself, most of them you don't really need context for.
