-another genderfucky bot, she/they/it pronouns
-cop car clown car. She's been modified to have a massive subspace altmode interior that's way bigger on the inside and an electronic paint job that can switch colors rapidly for covert ops. She can fit like a dozen bots in there. they just all have to squeeze outta her itty bitty door, which tends to be a problem
-deeply, fundamentally, immensely, incredibly, ineffably, incompreHENSIBLY, she is Silly.
-started at the same precinct prowl did when he still worked law enforcement. He quit, went rogue, then gave up altogether, while they moved up until she was working with Senator Chromia herself, head of Cybertron's surveillance and law enforcement. Knows all of Prowl's embarrassing stories from the precinct and will gush about them at a moment's notice
-their coworkers hate their whimsical ass but they were kinda the only willing bot the subspace upgrade was compatible with. She doesn't mind, guys, she's totally fine :'o)
-Does not actually know what a clown or jester is, Cybertron doesn't have those. It just kinda presents like that.
-crushing on Ratchet. Pursues him insistently. Ratchet is terrified of clowns. He does not handle the attention well.
