Back when I was 20, I was ambitious, but had no real knowledge about the industry I was trying to get into. #ad21+ The only thing I knew was I loved dressing up , styling others, and the feelings associated with that process. After years of trial and error, nothing seemed to be happening or picking up. Seeing all my peers finish college, land great jobs, and start their own companies, I started feeling like maybe I made the wrong choice pursuing wardrobe styling / influencing. My family would tell me to go back to school, get a job, and let being a stylist be the Plan B. I was almost convinced until I remembered why I started in the first place. My personal code: Purpose & Resilience. Now I’m happy to say, it paid off to stick to my Plan A -- no matter how rough the road was. That’s why I’m honored to partner with @courvoisierusa, and motivate others to honor their code no matter what. #honoryourcode (at South Philadelphia) https://www.instagram.com/p/CIqZOFFBnOr/?igshid=j12g7kktljz9
