Crochet Hook Conversion Chart

Tired of seeing "J" hook listed, and not knowing what it is? Tired of looking at each hook to figure out which is "5.00mm"? This post is for you! All designers (and bloggers) should always list the metric hook size, in addition to what sizing system they're used to. Sometimes people forget (guilty!) or just don't think to add it. This chart should be helpful for any time a hook size is listed.
