Kansas PLEASE. Alex being constantly high so he doesn’t feel what all those men do to him and he doesn’t even realize that Jensen saves him. They’re at Jensens house when he eventually sobers up and he kinda freaks out and Jen has to calm him down and get him to eat and drink something. But then sadly a couple days later Alex finds a way to get high again and Jensen has to find him all over again ;-;

“Oh, sweetheart. Look - I’m not going to hurt you. I just don’t want you to overdose, okay? You’re not well.” Jensen puts his hand on his back, rubbing it carefully.

Alex blinks, his head pounding. “I didn’t ask you to fucking save me, Jensen,” he hisses. “So stop trying! Jesus, man. I don’t want your help. God - if you wanna fuck, let’s fuck, but if not? Just get away from me.”

“You’re gonna kill yourself, Alex!”

“Well, maybe I want to die!” Alex shoves him. It’d be laughable, almost - he’s half the size of Jensen - if it wasn’t so sad. “Just leave me alone.”

“Look. Look - please. Just - let me feed you and give you some proper clothes, and then - and then you can go.” He grabs his face. “Please.”
