Kaitlin Young vs Miesha Tate

13 years into her career, it’s wild to see Kaitlin Young (10-10-1) is still out here competing when most of the women she came up with have long since retired. Still, since returning from her own brief retirement in 2018, Young has gone 3-1 including a win over King Reina.

Young will be fighting tonight (7/30) as part of Invicta FC 41. She’ll fight the returning Latoya Walker (5-1).

I feel bad for asking but, HOOKnSHOOT is/was still around? Sucks that it's coming to its end (even if I didn't know it). It was the incubator for women's MMA for the longest time in North America. Before Ronda and Carano, HOOKnSHOOT was THE place. While I have some issues with Jeff Osborne, never doubted the passion he had for the sport. Real trailblazer. Also he's going to dress as a ring girl for the last event, that's there's that.
