Hooping isn't always pretty, polished or in the perfect space, but sometimes you have to commit to do it anyway (for Hoop Booty Camp). Low energy, ceiling fans, doggie beds, the chaos of dogs wanting attention, remodeling projects, and actually needing to get real work done, all (good?) excuses not to.
