Jump back jump through is hard. If you don’t how to work it, this movement can feel like impending doom or utter failure. It me seven years to jump back and it still sometimes comes and goes. But I believe there is a way for everyone to work on the foundational principles of strength. It doesn’t matter if you ever lift up to the moon, but the effort of trying will be transformative. I’ll be sharing my method with you next Sunday online. I believe in you, and you just need enough faith to come to class 💕 _ Practice with me online🙏 _ Yoga Drills on Zoom May 20 at 11 am _ Primary Series on Zoom May 21 at 10 am _ Moon Day Magic on Zoom May 22 at 10 am _ Jump Back/Jump Through Workshop on Zoom May 24 at 2 pm _ Booking via my website. I have been putting a lot of focus on transitions which results in a slower way of practicing. It’s interesting to see (as in the first video) how much of mind work, more than the body is required for something like a jump through. Usually on my first jump through, as my mind is still subconsciously connected with fear of falling, most of the times I end up losing balance. But once my mind realizes, remembers, that the strength is there and that nothing happens if I lose balance, then the jumps start to flow (as in the second and third video). I enjoy so much to observe and gain some understanding on how my mind behaves and how most of our limitations and barriers are not in outside circumstances as most of the times we think but they reside in our minds, in our very own believes. Trusting is a very important part of creation, in every sense, one cannot manifest if there is no trust. Trust in the actions, expecting no results. #selfpractice #jumpthrough #ashtangavinyasa #asanapractice #selfobservation #selfstudy #selfknowledge #svadhyaya #yogaisequanimity #luanafarayoga (at El Cajón De Grecia)

“#jumpthrough 3 ways.. 1. Stay low. 2. Posterior pelvic tilt. 3. Attempt at anterior pelvic tilt (I have a chronic posterior tilt so this really feels like anterior even though it is not visibly obvious). - Another brilliant demonstration shared by Adele (@yogaadele), visit her page for more tips 👌🏼 - #Yoga #Ireland #YogaEveryDamnDay #NamasteIreland #YogaTips https://www.instagram.com/p/B37qXowCo5x/?igshid=1wc8etdzg1uf5

I’ve been working on this transition from Marichyasana A to Chaturanga and it is until recently I’ve started to feel it flows a little more effortlessly, though there is one side which comes easier than the other (my left is easier). Interesting about this transition is how different it actually feels depending on what I’ve eating the day before. Each Asana actually can serve us as a mirror of everything, not only about what we have eaten but about our emotions, about how our mind has been running... This is the reason why even if you practice everyday the same, it’s actually never the same. Our bodies and minds are different everyday, and there is too much too learn about ourselves. Using the physical practice as an amplifying glass allows us to practice observation, self-study, so we get to know who we really are beyond what we have been taught to believe we are. #asana #yogaasana #yogapractice #marichyasanaa #jumpthrough #jumpback #selfobservation #svadhyaya #yogaisequanimity #luanafarayoga https://www.instagram.com/p/BoryNcwHWTf/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1jbie6y3uxos3
