Lawson’s Hopcelot IPA (Picked up at McCaffrey’s in Blue Bell, PA). A 4 of 4. Really appreciate the heavy presence of pine/resin and some herbal notes in this. Quite dry with a firm bitterness in the finish, and very drinkable. Some tropical fruit becomes more prominent as this warms a bit, but this hop profile is a nice change of pace, and the medium body carries it all quite well.
