Healthy at Home
A pandemic occurred which was caused by COVID-19 virus made us stay in our homes and doing less in terms of social interactions and exercise. This can be a negative effect on our physical and mental health. So even if we are just in our own homes, we still need to move to maintain and improve our physical fitness. In our situation now, we really need to stay healthy in order to lessen the chance of getting the virus. Here are some of my exercise routine
