Rhodeytony and hopescott double dates. Thoughts?

-hope and tony have this weird beef thing where they don’t exactly hate each other but they still have the rivalry? like it’s weird 

-scott, however, has no clue that that’s going on, so when he meets rhodey, he thinks that it would be fun to double-date because rhodey is cool, plus he can maybe get some more information about SI and break in 

(just as a challenge. kind of. he’s probably not going to steal anything.) 

-hope and tony are so awkward at first, at least until rhodey rolls his eyes and tells them to order their food already and argue about it or whatever 

-hope and tony get along famously. like seriously, not even they were expecting it. they like the same thing, can follow along the same mind, and enjoy most of the same foods 

-rhodey doesn’t exactly know what to talk to scott about, until they get to the subject of games, and they find out that they’re both really good at chess and checkers

-so a lot of double-date nights are just game nights or card games!
