Horizon Shift ’81 Set for Switch Release Next Week
Flump Studios has created some fantastic bite-sized shooting experiences for PC, consoles, and even micro-console like the OUYA for over half a decade now. The sequel to Horizon Shift increases the pace even more. Both games involved riding along a horizon line and moving back and forth from the top to the bottom layers of enemies.

Here’s a third gameplay video folks.
In this video I’m playing some more Horizon Shift by Flump Studios.
I wanted to see how good I am at the game now and I wind up getting to the second boss this time around. I also tested the PS4 controller in the game to help out our friends at Flump Studios (I’m friends with the developer haha) and it plays really smoothly with it.
Thanks for watching folks and happy gaming!

Hello everybody, here’s our latest gameplay video!
In this video I’m playing the arcade shoot ‘em up Horizon Shift for our upcoming review.
I actually had the pleasure of talking with the developer behind this game for a good hour earlier today (he’s a cool dude haha) and he said his inspiration for this game was to combine many of his favorite classic arcade titles like Galaga, Asteroids and Breakout into one game. He did a pretty good job at doing so too and it makes the game incredibly intense lol. I’m still not very good at this game either in truth lols. I also talked with him about game development, our website and quite a few other topics as well, was quite a bit of fun.
Thanks for watching folks and happy gaming! I hope to have our review for the game done next week sometime.

Horizon Shift Review
Horizon Shiftis a single-screen shooter that has waves of enemies encroaching on the screen. The player controls a ship that can move along the horizon, a white line that must be protected from said enemy. If the player is particularly inept, various enemies can destroy parts of the line, giving the player a far more limited area in which to roam. To add complexity to things, the player ship can…
