Hey guurrl! I posted a fake pho recipe a while back that’s awight, but nothin’ beats the real thing. What makes or breaks good pho is the broth, which I honestly don’t know how to cook. I’ve heard the real good stuff takes, like, days to make, and ain't nobody got time for that. Pacific makes an organic pho starter stock that’s pretty good!
On the scale of yum eats, authentic pho is up there with Chicago-style deep dish pizza, so you know that shizz is good!!!
