This month I’ve found it necessary to pull out the whole toolkit and add some things. 5 belly inflating breathes (longer exhale). Ground barefoot on the earth. Movement to move cortisol and Adrenalin through my system. Snuggling horses. Drinking water. Ashwagandha. Hugging trees. Breathwork. Boundaries. Cuddling. Tapping. Rituals. Naps. Netflix. Working with horses has opened my eyes to how accustomed we may become to never experiencing homeostasis.
