Seashell - Sweet little Seashell. It was a happy accident she was the last, and smallest horse on our list. Seashell's loving and welcoming nature confirms she is a Libra. The tiniest welcoming committee around. Seashell happily welcomes all the new rescues and shows them the ropes. Sarge has yet to be receptive to Seashell's welcoming ways and I believe she shat while watching Sarge jump and kick in the round pen the day he arrived. I honestly do not think she has gone within 20 feet of him since. Seashell has such a huge heart packed into one very tiny package. Seashell likes almost everything. She loves being brushed and sliced apples. Seashell is a social butterfly who is more than happy to welcome new rescues. The only thing I can think of that Seashell dislikes is the imminent death she fears when watching Sarge. Sarge - Ah, our newest boy ... our Scorpio. Oh yes, just as the sign suggests, Sarge is a fierce scorpion, lying in wait, striking at victims unexpectedly. They say Scorpio is governed by Pluto, causing both destruction and transformation. I can vouch for the validity of that statement. I have seen Sarge destroy and transform anything he deems worthy of destroying; everything. I have yet to see the empathetic and depth Scorpios supposedly possess ... but I have seen the depth of Sarge's mouth 😬. Sarge likes being in control, acting sweet to lure in victims to nip at, and getting wild in the round pen. Sarge detests training. He has no time for that nonsense. The mares prancing around him in an attempt to get a reaction does indeed get a reaction ... just not the one they were hoping for. Levi is a kind, gentle, and level-headed boy who is surely a Virgo. Levi spends most of his time wondering what in the heck those other horses are doing. Levi is a quiet and practical guy. Noticing that Annie has been shunned by Dakota, Levi attempts to woo the lovely mare, albeit unsuccessfully. Seeing as Levi is not a flashy or “in your face” kinda guy that flaunts himself, he quietly waits for his love to come around while he sits and ponders the meaning of life. Levi enjoys belly scratches, deep and meaningful conversations, relaxing to the sounds of the ocean (ok, the highway but they kinda sound the same), and crunchy hay. Flurry - The only one we know for certain is a genuine Taurus through and through. This fancy lady is a stubborn diva. The promise of doting and a pampering spa treatment is a must-have before Flurry graces you with her presence. While the other horses are out swimming, there is no way this pretty girl is getting in that yucky water, no sir! Flurry loves to be commented on her beauty while having her hair brushed. Farrier day is a spa day for this looker. Flurry knows she's a cutie and has used it to taunt Dakota, who is now totally in love with Flurry (sorry again Annie). Flurry dislikes getting dirty or being told what to do ... she is the queen diva after all. Dakota! Oh, where do we start? Again, even without a foaling date, we are certain he's an Aries. Dakota HAS to be number one. Everything has to be about Dakota. He has to eat first or he'll DIE! Food is his number one love (sorry Annie). If Dakota is not the center of attention he has been known to act colicky solely for attention ... and Banamine. Dakota loves food … any kind, edible, or not. I'm pretty sure he'd eat a can of spam wrapped in romaine lettuce if given the chance 🤢.
