A large part of living with adhd that I've discovered is trying to predict myself.
It is midnight. I'm in the kitchen. I look at the doom pile of dishes in the sink. I'm feeling particularly motivated but it is WAY too late to clean them because I came down to get ready for bed.
So I reorganized them so they'd look do-able next time I saw them.
