When you think about quitting, think about why you started! Last ride in the books before the show this weekend. Tack is cleaned, packed, and magnawave is scheduled for tomorrow! It takes a lot of will power to not squeeze in another ride. It's hard for a perfectionist not to think that maybe one more ride will make the difference, and move mountains. However, it's taken me a long time to believe a day of rest is more beneficial to the mind, body, and spirit, for both of us. So I clean tack, boots, and pack them up. (Because frankly I'm not going to go thru the hassle of getting them back out, and clean them, again!) #qotd Do you give your horse the day off before trailering to a show??
