For the "creating plant display" unit we planted up some winter flowering hanging baskets (left side one is my group's 💕):

We're actually on break atm, term 3 is next week and hopefully they're still alive and have filled out the baskets! 👍

We also used the edge trimmers again and i was nervous about that because i couldn't do it right last time 😔 but it went fine! Turns out the patch i got last time was just like ridiculously thicc grass lmao

For those of you who don't know, I've been busy this past month cause I started a horticulture course. And it's been going really well, but we were using an edge trimmer today and I just couldn't do it right, the blades kept bouncing off the grass edge and the instructor's like "go straight" and I'm like lol never jfndjd

Seriously speaking tho, the combination of the instructor hovering over me and the grass itself being really thick made it worse, I was legit about to cry cause everyone seemed to have no trouble and here I was struggling with it 😔

I was gonna finish my horticulture assessment today.... I've done 2 questions 😑 now it's 5:30pm 😩😭 doesn't help that it's for the "treat weeds" unit, it's 80% just about applying chemicals which is.....as boring as it is necessary (aka very)
