I've been follow this blog for years but i never saw one of those figures 00here, even if here in italy (and europe i guess?) those used to be everywhere in the early 2000s and now thrift stores are filled with those.

Saw people fiding her design bad and while i dont hate it, i think swapping the black for choccolate brown would make her fit more her persona's design + being the valentines day unit

I believe it is a (dark) brown, not black?

Regardless, though, I'm reserving judgement until we see the full outfit in game, as I think sometimes things look a little better in the 3D model than they do in the 2D renders, and I want to see the full thing together rather than with parts obscured/cut off. But I agree, my first impression is that it seems like they could've done something a bit more interesting with it, or at least made it go with her Persona a little better?

This is huge imo because it means we will might get not main characters as playable kaidols. This open the doors for playable Maruki, Strega, Adachi and of course the rest of the velvet room 0:

Also it means the p5 crossover might continue soon? I dont think they would randomly plop the twins in the game with no explanation

I heard about this last night, but didn't have time to investigate until this morning- I was able to find this in the files, so the image is definitely real!

As for the alleged text file that indicates them as "twins_thief", I can't check that personally, but I heard about that before this update was released (and thus, before anyone knew about the image). Because of that, I think it's reasonably likely that the text file is real as well. (Though, just to make sure everyone's on the same page- "thief" is used in the files for any character's playable Metaverse model, including members of SEES (such as "fuka_thief" or "yukari_thief"), so the twins might still look like regular Caroline and Justine, rather than getting new thief outfits.)

With that all said, then, I agree that this would set a very exciting precedent! At the very least, it seems safe to think that other members of the Velvet Room may get added after them (Elizabeth and Margaret, in particular), if nothing else. But if the developers chose to add NPCs as playable characters once, then they can absolutely do it again in the future!

I'm not sure whether this necessarily means that the P5 collab will continue soon, though. My two main points against this: 1) The developers removed this file, and did so very quickly, indicating it was a big enough mistake that they wanted to try to cover it up, and 2) Evidence of a future character appearing in the game/files, especially as a mistake, doesn't always mean they're added right away (We first got a hint of Cherish four months before he was added, and Lume's codename was found at the same time, but she still hasn't been added over a year later).

To me, that makes it seem like this is something coming further in the future, which was left in as a complete accident. I think it's fair to assume we'll see the twins added sometime in the future, but it's really hard to say when, exactly. I think they're likely to at least wrap up adding the members of SEES that they want to, first? But ultimately, it's anyone's guess, haha.

How im feeling right now watching Global audience's reaction

Haha, yeah, that is kind of what it feels like seeing the people complaining in the main tag that they're only a few hours in and hate the game (or think it's too boring, too similar to the original, etc.).

Honestly, you'd think if they'd played any other game in the Persona series, they'd be aware these games take several hours to really get going, at the very least?
