Knowledge is power
how do u know who are the hosts if you even have any? I have frequent fronters but Multiple of them
You're asking the system that chooses not to have hosts On Purpose, so we're probably not the best people to tell you.
What we do know: people we know tend to define their hosts as being one or more of:
The person who is in control most often
The person who most closely identifies with the system's body and/or legal identity
The person in control by default, if there is a default
The person who gets to make most life decisions
The person who cannot leave front and is always there (some systems do experience this)
The person who existed first
The person considered "most real" (which bothers us to see, but it crops up a lot in early discovery systems who are still dealing with heavy denial)
So, what's a host? Who's your host? Do you even have a host? I don't know, you tell me. Everyone has their own definition and the concept of system hosts isn't universally experienced or used.
