Imádom ezt a helyet… csak az nem tetszik, hogy gyök 2-vel lehet haladni, mert jégpálya a járda (is) és brutális a tömeg. Azért ez a “mosoly” az arcunkon, mert épp azon imádkoztunk, hogy ne vegyék verjék ki a kezünkből a telót 😅

Ps.: majdnem hanyatt is vágódtam visszafelé a hotelhez… 😅 még van pár napunk rá, de akkor tuti lesz vulkánkitörés Izlandon, mert az egész Föld beleremeg majd😏😂😂😂

German hot wine is simply the best drink you can enjoy during the winter. ❄️

I turned the emtpy bottle into a candle holder and put it on my altar, it looks so pretty.

Gluhwein ! (Hot Spiced Red Wine)

Glühwein or “Glow Wine” is a traditional German spiced wine that will warm you up on a chilly winter's night.

Ingredients:

¾ cup orange juice

¾ cup white sugar

1 cinnamon stick

1 orange

10 whole cloves

750 ml of your favourite red wine

Method:

In a saucepan add the sugar, orange juice and cinnamon stick and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and leave to simmer.

Cut your orange in half and squeeze all the juice into the simmering liquid. Press the cloves into the outside of the orange peel and then add the peels to the liquid. Leave to simmer for around 30 minutes, until it becomes a syrup.

Lastly pour in the bottle of red wine. Heat it until it starts steaming and then remove the clove-studded orange halves.
