Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Lime wedges, for serving. Fresh cilantro, for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers if using wooden skewers, otherwise place directly on the grill grate.
