In this community garden in Kirkwall, Orkney, there was a great crop of cabbages including Brassica oleracea capitata ‘Dutchman’. This F1 hybrid is a 'sweetheart' type with a mild, sweet flavour and a good tolerance to bolting (producing a flower stem).

Brunch time? Had a super craving for #Korean style #spicynoodles. I diy'd the sauce (#tomatopaste, #gochujangsauce, #canesugar, #hotchilipowder).
