I feel so sorry for Rhaena, who will surely be accused in the next episode of destroying half the Velaryon fleet, killing Jace, and putting Baela at risk as well.
She doesn't deserve it and had all the good intentions in the world, but there's undeniable truth to these accusations. She disobeyed, rushed into battle on an untrained dragon that doesn't even fully obey her practically immediately after riding it, and made matters worse.
On the one hand, I wish they'd just dismiss it all with the classic "it's not your fault." On the other hand, given the context and the consequences of her choices, if she wasn't at least held accountable, it wouldn't be great writing (not that HotD's writing is good, so...)
