Got a little shoulder pump last night--as of now I am #4weeksout 😳😳 from my competition date (June 11) Had a little meltdown last week and felt like I broke a little (not literally) so I feel like I'm playing catch up. I hear this is about the timeframe when all the magic happens 🎉and I'm ready to make that a reality!! TIRED AF...but let me tell you...its 0330 (that's AM) in Indy and I just KILLED my workout!! At the end of this journey, at least I'll know that I did my absolute, f*cking best. Workout was complete with 30 whole minutes of steady cardio, and an extensive legs and shoulder workout (really trying to shape these arms!!) and it took about 2.5 hrs total (I probably wasn't moving through my sets fast enough..) Tonight, after a 9hr duty day, I LIFTED heavier, squatted deeper, and didn't cheat myself short.
