January is being very nice to us here in coastal Georgia, bringing mild temperatures and lots of sunlight.  The kind of weather that gives one a touch of spring fever and keeps you  out of the house.  Thats’s when the fresh air and a craving for fresh doughnuts sets in, so you look for the “hot light”.

It’s easier to pick three instead of choosing just one, even when the light is off.  The hot light is located on the window just to the left of the entrance.
