A Sriracha chicken sandwich that is both hot and sweet will make you go OMG!
Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 4 slices of sandwich bread. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 4 leaves of lettuce. 1 tomato, sliced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and Sriracha sauce should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts. Use the Sriracha sauce mix to coat the chicken breasts. Chicken breasts should be grilled or seared in a pan for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked. Toast pieces of sandwich bread. Toast the bread slices and put mayonnaise on one side of each one. On each piece of bread, put a lettuce leaf. Put a grilled chicken breast on top of the lettuce. Place tomato slices on top of the chicken. Use the last few slices of bread to close the sandwiches. Serve right away and enjoy!
