Ingredients: 1 cup gluten-free oats. 1 1/2 cups almond milk. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup mixed berries. 1 tablespoon almond butter. 1 tablespoon shredded coconut.
Instructions: Add the chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk to a bowl. Fold them together. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight. Mixed berries, almond butter, and shredded coconut should be added on top before serving.
