I was lucky enough to grow up in Cleveland when barbecue legends like #HotSauceWilliams and #CountryBoy were setting up grills on Friday and Saturday night all over the hot sticky city. You never knew where they’d pop up and a couple of times a month we’d track them down and enjoy the best barbecue and sides ever. Until this morning at the @northunionfarmersmarket, I hadn’t tasted a pulled pork sandwich that good. The almost 40 year drought is over. @edwinsbutchershop has a tent at the market and I almost cried when I bit into this sandwich.
