No DS2BR spoilers here. But that heir sword fighting post is similiar to how I think Miyako would be skilled in swordsmanship, even long before Atlus revealed she have a rapier of her own. Because as the Chief and Hotsuin head (lol dead parents?), it's in the clan's best interests that their head/heir can defend themselves in all forms of combat (physical, magical and demon summoning). Yamato doesn't have a sword in his artwork or sprites. I imagine he have the knowledge and training, but prefer using magic. Or just kung fu'd his way out if he can't use his magic or demons.
