I never liked Wings, and then I became obsessed! I don't know what changed but I love them! Kevin and I watch a YouTube show called "Hot Ones" by First We Feast. They have ten hot sauces and they get progressively hotter as you go along. So That is what we did for dinner. I took the hot sauce we had and made a little challenge. Ingredients: *Frozen Chicken Wings (or drumsticks) *Hot Sauces *Olive Oil *Salt and Pepper *Garlic Powder *Chipotle Sea Salt *Chili Powder Instructions: *Preheat the oven to 375 F *In a large bowl toss frozen wings with Olive oil (enough to coat), also coat with black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, chipotle sea salt (this is something I had in the cabinet from Shoprite), and a pinch of salt. *Place wings on a baking sheet lined with greased aluminum foil. *Bake for at least 50 minutes. *Once done cooking toss in the same large bowl (cleaned) one sauce at a time. We had 4 sauces. Start with the most mild and go to the hottest. Lining them up on a plate or tray. Rinse the bowl between sauces. *Eat them from mild to hot one at a time! *Enjoy!! This was such a fun way to eat dinner! Here are the sauces we used, from mild to hot: Sriracha-Household sauce, pretty mild. You can find this sauce anywhere Trader Joe's Chili Pepper Sauce-this has a little bit of a smoky flavor, still pretty mild Hot Ones Sauce-Bought this straight from Heatonist.com for Kevin for Christmas. It's limited edition and always on back-order. It is a little fruity but it still has a kick! This sauce is freaking good! Trader Joe's Habañero Hot Sauce-Holy Moly this sauce was really hot! It has habañero seeds in it and it lingers! Hot Ones is our favorite so I made half with that sauce! Thanks for reading and show me your wing challenges! XOXO erinariele
