I am opening sims and house requests so if you’re in a need of a house or a sim, Do message me and tell me your wishes. This is only for sims 4. 

Tell me if you want a private download or public and whether use cc or no. 

There is no limit and this will be open for some while  !

House requests open!!

I have decided I am going to do some house requests. Its going to be limited to 2 people at the moment. Just because I don't want to over load myself with too many! So it's going to be on a first come first serve basis. All I ask is it be through my asks off anonymous. If I do receive any as anonymous they will be ignored. The house can be furnished or unfurnished. And will be no cc what so ever.

So please include the style of house you would like, how many bedrooms, if you want any specific rooms included and whether you want it to be furnished or unfurnished. If you want it to be a specific colour please specify. And finally if you want it furnished please include a brief detail of the sims and their favourite colours.

Hey there my friend! I only have one house request at the moment, so I will probably open up house requests in about two weeks. 

However, I will probably take 2-3, because my school starts back up pretty soon after that and I’d want to be able to finish them in time!

Aw, thank you, friend! Right now I have one more house request (and one large sim dump) to get through, so I plan on finishing those before I open up requests again. 

…Also TBH I want some time to build things I want to build and time to play my game as well. But never fear! Before summer is over I will take a few more requests! (:

I’ve decided to try something a little different! Although, someone else may have done this before, I’m not sure.

I’m in the mood to do another build, but I don’t have anything in mind.

So here’s where you, my followers come in!

If you have an idea for a house that you would like to see built, submit it to me, and I’ll pick my favorite to build in The Sims 3!

Create a post with inspiration images, colors, styles, descriptors, etc.

I will be building a residential home, not a community lot :)

I will be putting the house up for public download, but I’ll let the inspiree (just making up words like a boss XD )choose whether it is a shell or furnished, and whether I use CC or not.

Sims 3 House Requests OPEN!

This is the first time in doing this so stick with me and I will hopefully get them done. 

I am only doing 3 houses each with a set number of rooms. They will not have cc in them and will only have EPs and SP items in them. If you want the house to have a pool, garage etc, make sure you say so.

 First come first served.
