finally finished swapping out the buttons on my cardigan! its much less professional now but its super cute so im definitely going to wear it all the time when it gets chilly :)
the stars + hearts were much larger than the original buttons, so i resewed all of the buttonholes (again — less professional but very cute!) i overcut the second buttonhole so its a little wonky, most of them came out really good tho!
Do you feel guilty for absolutely everything? Do you try to find time alone in the bathroom to cry(no, just me?) Are you forever touched out even when you look at your beautiful baby's loving face and want to cuddle them? Do you both love and despise your significant other? Do you constantly question what you're doing and wondering if you're forever f@$king up your baby?
If any of this applies to you. You're in the right place girl. This is pretty much a judgement free zone where I, Oem (Over Exhausted Mom) feel it all, question it all, and am just trying to find my way.
So long as you're not dangling your baby off balconies, putting loaded fire arms in their play boxes, or feeding them rat poison (okay dramatic way of just trying to say OVERTLY putting your little at risk.) You're welcome here.
Mostly you're going to get a FTM's experience (or lack there of.) While battling mental demons of my own, a spouse who also has his own (thoigh he is an amazing man and great father.) And figuring out who the fuck I am now that I have this little guy hanging around.
Maybe some tips and tricks thrown in, maybe some good advice from other Mom's. I guess we will see.
“A house, we like to believe, can be a noble consort to man and the trees. The house should have repose and such texture as will quiet the whole and make it graciously one with external nature.”
