Covid Conscious Housemate Wanted in Michigan!

I'm Reece (he/him/his) - a masking college student living in Flint (Genesee County).
And I am in search of a new housemate to fill my extra bedroom!
I currently rent a house consisting of 2 beds, 1 bath, basement, shed, and small yard.
I also have a very socialized cat!
