I do not think Brooke would get Stockholm Syndromed unlike Delilah who will trip into it either on accident or on purpose and then quietly accept things, bc if you ever did get him close to being stockholmed I think that's like a murder waiting to happen
Saw an article once about Phineas and Ferb where they called Ferb a sidekick and I've never felt true rage until then
no mourners, no funerals ━━━━ among them it meant "good luck", but in the end, what luck had it brought him? to some kaz brekker was nothing more than a vicious disease that clung to its host and choked it until there was nothing left to feed from, to others he was a child with dreams far above the likes of his station. to nina, he was a friend, confidant, and even for all of their bickering, she cherished him. he had outsmarted the saints, taunted the heavens, and in the face of the target painted on his back had laughed and turned his back to his enemies once more and said, "i dare you". so, "what do we do now?" someone asks, she isn't sure who, voices melt together in the shock of it all. his death hadn't been accounted for in any of their plans, but who's to say that kaz himself hadn't foreseen his own ashes cradled in death's slender fingers? but this isn't the time for grief, and she thinks he'd laugh at her for even considering it. what do we do now? she asks herself what kaz would do, what order he would give, what plan would his masterful mind contrive for them in the event of another crow's passing. it would be cruel, that she knows, but he would relish in the advantage, he would stomach it and he would use it, set guilt aside and make sure the others got out alive, he would save the pain of loss for the quiet hours of night when ghosts came out to point blame, kaz would fight.
his life will not be a waste, his spirit will not die here. his spirit belongs in ketterdam, so what will they do? they'll fight to take him back, home.
my muse is dead. tell me how yours is dealing with it.
BUSHIROAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😭😭😭😭
I am, apparently, still very protective of Star Wars: The Clone Wars because a podcast I really like had Star Wars Rebels on as a topic for discussion when, in the middle of the introduction the hosts revealed they hated TCW.
But I powered through it and then one of them said: 'back under the doldrums of The Clone Wars'.
Reader, I gasped in outrage and said, out loud, in the car: "HOW DARE YOU, SIR!"
And immediately switched off the podcast.
Because, really, how dare!!!
