How do people even art? I can barely do stuff with my 'style' I don't even like it that much but it's the only style that's worked for me and the only one I know?? And it's frustrating because I wanna improve but I wanna change my style but I don't know how to???

I wish to commission some art!

By commission art I mean I am seeking an artist, as I have to art skills myself but.... - I'm not sure where to go about looking. Are you all just out there, waiting in the dark ready to emerge when needed? - I'm not sure about paying for services rendered. PayPal? Wire transfer? Will a man in a trench coat with a brief case show up on my porch for cash? - Is this even a thing? Can I do this or do I need to suck it up and just learn to draw myself? Artist of tumblr, educate me please.
