First I always map out the page in my head. Then, to see if it can work on paper, I draw in the panels.
Then I make a very fast sketch to get an idea on what the page is gonna look like.
Once I know the page can work I make a light but more detailed sketch. In this one I decide what the page will actually look like.
After that I draw over that sketch. Sometimes I still find mistakes here and fix them.
Now I add the grey tones and the writing.
Then I finish the page. I improve some lines that were hidden by the gray areas and redraw the panel lines.
This is how I make my comic like IRONTALE.
I dunno how to write an ending to this post...
