1) What do you think is going to happen with Demon Dean?
I'm hoping, like Jared said, that Dean is not in the room when Sam finally goes back up there. Otherwise, I think the arc might get resolved too fast. I think that Crowley, the manipulative demon that he is, will not allow Dean to take over or anything. He never, not once, underestimated the Winchesters and I don't think he would start now, so he's got plans lined up for any situation Dean might throw at him. That being said, Dean as a demon doesn't become stupid. He still knows everything he knew, and is as logical as he was. He might enjoy killing like he did in hell, but I think that he would at least do it smart. Maybe even continue to hunt evil and not kill innocents. There will be killing regardless, there's no getting away from that. I'm hoping that Sam can cure Dean in a way that leaves them both alive. Hope hope hope...
2) All time favorite supernatural episode?
The End. The subtleties that Jensen throws into his 2014 version of himself just blow me away. The fact that you can tell just by looking at him regardless of the outfit, which version he is playing...amazing. And Jared... It's the same situation only instead of playing a different version of the character he's been playing for 4 years, he has to create an entire new one. And it had to be similar to an actor already playing it. Lucifer!Sam is one of my favorite characters, but the confidence of already having won (I win, so I win.) comes across so strongly. (As opposed to Swan Song where he is a scared little brother.) He plays it so well that you can tell he's a fallen angel. The cockiness and pride of a guy who used to be second in command of all the angels. And somehow this turned into a Lucifer!Sam rant. Back to the question...Plus, Cas and Chuck and getting to see what possible, and I love time travel...
3) If you could be any character in the show, who would it be?
I would be Dean. The life expectancy isn't too thrilling but I'd always come back. I would have a relationship with two people that is as close as people can get especially because it is out of battle. I've always found the relationship of everyday life, pale in comparison to the ones you form out of tragedy. It sucks how you get there, but you are stronger for it. I relate to Dean being an older sibling, but I never had a reason to take care of my brother and sister like he did. I'm thankful for the lack of tragedy in my life but still long for a life of adventure.
My brother is my hero. My sister is my hero. Both of them are younger than me. Both of them are working hard at what they really want in life. My sister is finishing up nursing school. My brother is teaching students art. They are passionate about helping people in their own way and I strive to be like them. Sometimes I feel like I'm behind everyone else in life, moving too slow through the expected steps. But my brother and sister are always there to remind me of my own accomplishments and help me take my own steps.
5) Favorite minor character in Supernatural?
How minor is minor? Just not team free will? I will always pray to Chuck for more storyline for Adam. The tale of Gadreel's road to redemption I enjoyed, mostly due to Tahmoh Penikett's amazing portayal. But I think Benny is my favorite. Yes, I wish it was Sam that had been pulled into purgatory with Dean. The relationship that Benny and Dean formed could have been Sam and Dean's. And we could have gotten quite a few episode in purgatory instead of flashbacks. But, it was Cas, and so Benny that got the relationship. He proved to be a loyal, trustworthy friend to Dean. (I do like it when Dean is happy.) And the self sacrifice to save Sam, proved him to be a true Winchester at heart and a brother to both of them.
6) Why or How did you start watching Supernatural?
SuperWhoLock is everywhere. I've watched Doctor Who since the reboot. Sherlock since the first season. I understood those references. I did not understand the reference that Cas didn't get that reference. I was on pinterest quite a bit and these two boys were everywhere. What with DW and Sherlock being on hiatus, finally I decided to try it out. In January. (You know what though, the timing of it was a boy. A stupid boy, who things didn't work out with and boys are stupid.) Sorry about that. I flew through it in a month. I fell in love with two boys who were cute and smart and lucky and cocky and vulnerable and sad and happy and in pain and so there for each other, and I never looked back.
7) If you were in Sam’s place, what would you do to help Dean with the Mark of Cain?
The Sam right now? Who's about to find his brother missing and alive? Or the Sam before Dean died, walking him out of that factory, worrying about getting him healed but also worrying about the mark even though he told Dean not to? I imagine the idea running though the latter's head to me quiet frantic and absurd (maybe if we just cut off his arm, maybe I could get some sand paper, maybe Cain will help if only I knew where he lived and I would trade places with him in an instant). I think the former would be more logical about it. Research!! Maybe Cain can help since he knew how to transfer it. I would do anything to help Dean even if it meant going to Lucifer and begging him to remove it and starting the whole scenario of "The End". At least Dean would be ok. And we would always end up here.
8) Your opinion on John Winchester as a father?
He did what he had to. Having never been a mother himself, I can't imagine him being very good at it. And life on the road doesn't leave much time for friendships with the motherly types, so that wouldn't help him. He took what he knew, how to be a father, and went extreme with it. He just lost the love of his life and was left with these two children who were looking to him to help them grow up. But also, he had to keep them safe, had to protect them from unnatural things that most fathers didn't have to worry about. As he learned more and more about different monsters, writing it all down to pass on to them, he was probably freaking out with each pen stroke. He had to make sure they stayed alive long enough to have this book passed on. So he tightened up more. He fought to keep control over these kids, these teenagers and finally, these adults who didn't need him anymore because he had to keep them alive. And he knew what was in the dark. So maybe he didn't do it right, but he did it sufficiently. He kept his sons alive for his wife. And he probably found out she was a hunter from someone who knew something about the Campbells. Maybe even found her journal, learned about yellow eyes in more recent years. He found out that no one escapes the hunter life, not even her, and he was going to make damn sure his kids had the skills they needed.
9) Favorite thing to do when you’re bored?
Apparently, tumblr and gif making. But when I can pull myself away...
Reading, sewing, rubik's cube...
10) That one song that makes you really happy?
Dean Winchester singing "Can't fight this feeling". "Carry on my wayward son" makes me happy when I'm blasting it in my car with the windows down, and sad when it's accompanied with any supernatural imagery. Louden Swain's "Gamma Ray" makes me happy all the time, so let's go with that!
11) Favorite brotherly moment between Sam and Dean?
All the hugs!! But my favorite is after Dean comes back from hell. It's really the first unexpected reunion. When Sam was killed, it was for a day maybe two and Sam didn't know it until later. Dean tour in hell was supposed to be permanent despite all Sam's trying to reverse it. When he came back after months, after 40 years, both brothers knew Dean was dead, knew that this was really a miracle (go, Cas!!). That made this reunion the best. They both are so happy! They aren't yet aware that they both will be not dying quite a few times before the end and they missed each other so much.
